Great service. Got me in quick. Price was more than fair. I’ve had the vehicle back for 2-3 weeks and zero issues. Shifts like a dream. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the work preformed. I have a 2018 Ford F150 with the infamous 10 speed transmission. When my transmission started to fail, I looked for a repair shop. I was referred to Bill‘s transmission by a family friend. When I first got a quote for the repair I have to admit I was set back a little bit. But I think that was mostly due to the fact that I had not had a transmission repair for the last 40 years. And my idea of what things cost. From a different era (I am 75 years old). After checking with the Ford dealer, I found that Ford was going to charge me twice as much to make the same repair. It was a no-brainer after that. I turned over my truck to Bill‘s transmission and they made the repair with a guarantee or warranty. After driving the truck, I found it still had a little bit of a problem. I took it back to Bill‘s transmission. They fixed it and it runs great and it didn’t cost me one penny more. That proved to me that they not only stand by their word, but they’ll honor their warranty. No questions asked. if I ever need a transmission repair in the future, Bill‘s transmission is the place. Work done on my car exactly as asked. Fixed the problem. They gave me a price quote when I called to inquire if they could do the work, which matched the price when I dropped the vehicle off, which matched the price when I actually paid. There were no hidden charges. They got the job done in a timely manner. And in fact, were the only transmission shop in all of Downriver that could fix my vehicles problem.  Highly recommend.
